TERMS OF USE

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TAKSH – School of Applied Studies website, its publicly available content and related online services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

01

About TAKSH

TAKSH is an institution dedicated to Applied Studies. Its educational model connects academic knowledge with professional practice, including legal, managerial, ethical, technological, economic and social dimensions. TAKSH begins with specialised learning in Art Management and may expand into certificate programmes, executive education, professional workshops and industry collaborations.

02

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal, educational and informational purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce protected material unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

03

Educational Information — Not Professional Advice

Website content, social-media content, articles, programme materials, examples and discussions are provided primarily for educational and informational purposes. Content concerning law, intellectual property, contracts, provenance, authentication, valuation, business or other professional matters is not a substitute for advice tailored to a specific person or transaction.

Participation in a TAKSH programme does not by itself create a lawyer-client, adviser-client, fiduciary or similar professional relationship.

04

Programmes, Admissions and Registrations

Programme descriptions, dates, faculty, curriculum, delivery format, eligibility, fees and other details may be updated before or during an enrolment cycle where reasonably necessary. Admission or participation may be subject to separate application, payment, attendance, conduct, assessment, cancellation or refund terms communicated for the relevant programme. Where programme-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the programme-specific terms will govern that programme to the extent of the conflict.

05

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the TAKSH name, brand identity, website design, original text, educational materials, graphics, programme structures and other original content made available by TAKSH are owned by or licensed to TAKSH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited, adapted or presented as another person's work without appropriate permission, except where use is permitted by law.

06

Artworks and Third-Party Material

TAKSH may refer to artworks, artists, galleries, archives, legal materials, publications or other third-party content for educational purposes. Rights in such third-party material remain with their respective owners. Inclusion or discussion does not imply ownership by, endorsement of, or affiliation with TAKSH unless expressly stated.

07

User Submissions

If you submit enquiries, comments, assignments, portfolio material, documents or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights. Any academic or programme-specific use of submitted work will also be governed by the relevant programme rules or consent arrangements.

08

Accuracy and Availability

TAKSH aims to keep website information accurate and useful, but educational content, schedules, links and other information may change. We do not warrant that every page will always be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available. Material should be checked against the latest official programme communication where a decision depends on current details.

09

Third-Party Links and Services

Links to external websites, payment services, platforms or resources do not necessarily constitute endorsement. TAKSH is not responsible for the availability, content, terms, security or independent practices of third-party services.

10

Fees, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Where a paid programme or service is offered, the applicable fee, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and refund policy should be stated on the relevant programme, registration or payment page. Those programme-specific terms form part of the agreement for that purchase or enrolment.

11

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TAKSH will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general educational or informational website content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12

Suspension or Restriction

TAKSH may restrict access to website features or institutional services where reasonably necessary to protect security, enforce applicable programme rules, address misuse, or comply with law.

13

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in TAKSH's final published legal details or any applicable programme-specific agreement. The appropriate city and court jurisdiction should be inserted before publication.

14

Changes to These Terms

TAKSH may revise these Terms as its website, programmes or services evolve. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the latest revision date. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.

15
